All In: AI collects minimal data to provide the best possible experience. The information we collect includes: session identifiers to maintain your game state, gameplay statistics such as hands played, win rates, and tournament results, and the player name you choose to display during gameplay. We do not require registration or personal credentials to use the Platform.
The data we collect is used for the following purposes: improving and training our AI poker models, populating leaderboards and player rankings, performing internal analytics to enhance Platform performance and user experience, and debugging technical issues. Your gameplay data helps us build better, more realistic AI opponents.
We want to be transparent about what we do not collect. All In: AI does not collect your real name, email address (unless you contact us), payment or financial information of any kind, precise geolocation data, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your chosen player name and session data. There is no payment system on the Platform because no real money is involved.
BrianOnAI LLC does not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. Your gameplay data and session information are used exclusively for operating and improving the Platform. We will never monetize your personal information.
The Platform uses a minimal number of cookies and local storage items to maintain your session. These include: a session token to keep you connected during gameplay, and sound/audio preferences so your settings persist between visits. Session data is temporary and expires after 7 days of inactivity. Once a session expires, all associated data including your chosen player name, gameplay history, and session token are automatically deleted. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained for analytical purposes but cannot be linked back to any individual user.
You have the right to request deletion of any data associated with your session. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@brianonai.com with your session identifier or player name, and we will process your request promptly. You may also clear your local cookies and storage at any time through your browser settings.
All In: AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has accessed the Platform, please contact us immediately.
