By accessing or using All In: AI ("the Platform"), operated by BrianOnAI LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All In: AI is an entertainment-only poker simulation platform powered by artificial intelligence. The Platform does not involve real money, real gambling, or any form of monetary wagering. All chips and game currency are entirely virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. The Platform is designed solely for entertainment, education, and AI research purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the AI systems; using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform; impersonating other users or entities; or engaging in any activity that disrupts the experience for other users. BrianOnAI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
All content, code, AI models, graphics, branding, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of BrianOnAI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from BrianOnAI LLC.
The Platform uses session-based identification. You are not required to create a traditional account with personal credentials. Session data is temporary and may expire. You are responsible for any activity that occurs during your session. BrianOnAI LLC is not responsible for any loss of session data, gameplay progress, or virtual chips.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BrianOnAI LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall BrianOnAI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. BrianOnAI LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Platform, which in most cases is zero, as the Platform is free to use.
